Kenya Premier League Champions Gor Mahia have signed striker Francis Mustafa from Kiyovu Sports of Rwanda.
The Burundi national signed the two deal in Nairobi on Sunday.
Prior to signing with Gor, Mustafa had netted a total of 16 goals (11 league goal and five Peace Cup goals) in the just concluded season in Rwanda.
Speaking to Gor Mahia website, Mustafa expressed his delighted for joining Gor, a club he termed big with good players.
“Gor Mahia is a big club with good players and l am happy to be part of the
club. It’s a great opportunity for me to better what l did in Rwanda. I will
work hard to help the team to achieve the best,” Mustafa told the official
Gor Mahia website in Nairobi.
The striker helped his former team to finish fifth in their league and he will
be traveling with the team to Tanzania tonight for Cecafa tournament.
